Homemade Chai Tea Latte

Sip on this warm, frothy, and perfectly balanced homemade chai tea latte.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil optional
  • 6 oz milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat water just until it starts to boil
  • Steep tea bags for 5-8 minutes
  • While tea is steeping, heat milk until hot with vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup
  • Froth milk mixture with frother until foamy
  • If using MCT oil, add it to your tea
  • Pour frothed milk mixture into tea
  • Enjoy!
