Homemade Chai Tea Latte
Sip on this warm, frothy, and perfectly balanced homemade chai tea latte.
- 8 oz filtered water
- 2 chai tea bags
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp MCT oil optional
- 6 oz milk
Heat water just until it starts to boil
Steep tea bags for 5-8 minutes
While tea is steeping, heat milk until hot with vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup
Froth milk mixture with frother until foamy
If using MCT oil, add it to your tea
Pour frothed milk mixture into tea
Enjoy!
