Bring milk and salt to a boil
Stir in oatmeal and reduce to a simmer
Simmer with lid on for a few minutes
Stir frequently and let the oatmeal soak up most of the milk
Once oatmeal is cooked and most liquid is absorbed, stir in pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and butter
Take oatmeal off heat and add in the egg yolks, stirring constantly until well incorporated (If you don't stir constantly the egg yolks will cook into a scrambled egg like texture which you want to avoid.)
Serve immediately and enjoy
