2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Gluten-free, flour-less banana pancakes that are surely to be a hit.

Cook Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon pumpkin spice is also a great option
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana in a bowl with fork
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (except butter), and stir well to combine
  • In a hot pan over medium high heat, add butter
  • Pour batter evenly into 4 pancakes
  • Let cook for about 4 minutes or until the edges are golden, then flip
  • Finish cooking for 2 more minutes
  • Serve immediately
