Cheesy potato casserole is a classic, comforting dish that is served by my Grammy at nearly every family function. It is the whole family’s favorite potato dish, and it couldn’t be simpler. This recipe calls for 7 ingredients you may already have on hand and comes together in 5 minutes, no chopping required.
